Bio‑Rad Laboratories in Washington, DC seeks a field-based sales professional to drive Genomics and Proteomics consumables and equipment. You will meet with academic and government researchers, demonstrate products, and expand Bio‑Rad's footprint through strategic territory planning and proactive opportunity management.
You will collaborate with Account Executives and Field Application Specialists to deliver technical expertise, maintain a robust pipeline, and forecast activity for leadership,
Start your day by reviewing and responding to customer inquiries, while updating opportunities and activity in Salesforce to keep your pipeline current. From there, you'll head into the field to meet with research labs and customers across academic and government accounts to advance opportunities, increase consumables usage, and deepen relationships.
Throughout the day, you'll identify and pursue new business opportunities, proactively prospecting to expand your territory. You'll also collaborate closely with Account Executives and Field Application Specialists to ensure customers receive the technical expertise and support they need at every stage of the sales cycle. No two days are the same, your ability to balance customer engagement, strategic selling, and cross-functional teamwork will be key to driving success.
This position covers the Washington, DC region. The individual must live within a geography that allows them to visit customers on-site on a daily basis.

The estimated base salary range for this position is $86,600 to $119,200 at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of offer, if applicable, and is based on several factors we believe fairly and accurately impact compensation, including geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other job permitted factors. This position is also eligible for quarterly commission based on assigned sales quotas.
