Bio-Rad Laboratories seeks a BioPharma Account Executive to promote Genomics and Proteomics solutions, including Droplet Digital PCR, qPCR, Imaging, and Western Blotting workflows across California. The BioPharma Account Executive is immersed in promoting and selling Bio-Rad's Genomics and Proteomics solutions, including Droplet Digital PCR, qPCR, Imaging, and Western Blotting workflows to meet revenue goals. Their schedule is driven by strategic territory planning and opportunity management, often collaborating with peers across the Cell Biology portfolio, Global Strategic Accounts, and Field Applications Scientists to deliver comprehensive customer solutions. They actively engage cross-functional teams such as Technical Support, Customer Care, and Marketing to ensure customer satisfaction, while maintaining regular communication with the Regional Manager to report on sales activities, market trends, and forecasts. Clear and effective communication to both internally and with customers will be a key part of their success.
This position covers the California region. The individual must live within a geography that allows them to visit customers on-site on a daily basis.

The estimated base salary range for this position is $121,200 to $166,700 at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of offer, if applicable, and is based on several factors we believe fairly and accurately impact compensation, including geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other job permitted factors. This position is also eligible for quarterly commission based on assigned sales quotas.
