Job summary

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of account or sales management experience.
• Experience in providing customer service.
• Reading/understanding blueprints or drawings.
• Working knowledge of ERP (Netsuite) and CRM databases.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quotes, inquiries, and bids with accuracy and timely submission.
• Collaborate with vendors to request quotes and set priorities.
• Coordinate with engineering to translate drawings into project requirements.
• Support Account Manager II/III and adapt to territory needs.
• Respond to sales inquiries via phone, email, and written correspondence.
• Maintain professionalism and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Coordinate orders and delivery dates across departments.
• Work with the Sales Team to understand customer requirements and priorities.
• Identify recurring issues and contribute to process improvements.
