Job summary

Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) is seeking an Account Manager I in Business Insurance to deliver high-quality service to clients, process changes, ratings, and data entry with accuracy. The role supports the department by ensuring client needs are met and coordinated with colleagues across teams.

A valid P&C license or ability to obtain within 90 days is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Property & Casualty license or ability to obtain within 90 days.
• 2 years BI insurance experience, preferably in an agency.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Associates or Bachelors degree preferred.
• Insurance designations such as CISR, AAI, CIC.
• Experience with EPIC, Sagitta and/or ImageRight.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous service to clients and colleagues.
• Process changes, rating, and data entry accurately.

Responsibilities

As our Account Manager I on the Business Insurance team, you will be committed to prompt, courteous, knowledgeable service to clients and colleagues. Your responsibilities include working with other members of the department to meet the service needs of customers, and you will master tasks such as processing changes, rating, and accurate client data entry.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Property & Casualty Insurance license (or ability to obtain within 90 days).
• Two (2) years’ Business Insurance experience, preferably in an agency.
• Proficient Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, etc.).
• Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship now or in the future.

Additional qualifications are a plus but not required to apply:

• Associates or Bachelors degree preferred.
• Insurance designations such as (CISR, AAI, CIC, etc.).
• Experience working with EPIC, Sagitta, and/or ImageRight.

Salary

The applicable base salary range for this role is $49,000 to $91,300. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
