Job summary

Marsh McLennan Agency is seeking an Associate Account Manager for the Business Insurance Select team. You will support client service needs, respond promptly, and assist with endorsements, certificates, audits, and applications.

A strong eye for detail and three years of insurance experience are essential, with a high school diploma required. A license or ability to obtain a P&C license within 90 days is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required and 3 years of in‑field insurance experience preferred.
• 3 years insurance experience required.
• Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Associates or Bachelors degree preferred.
• Property & Casualty license (or ability to obtain within 90 days) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to the Business Insurance Select team and meet the service needs of clients.

As an Associate Account Manager on the Business Insurance Select team, you will provide support to the team by meeting the service needs of our clients. Prompt replies and attention to detail are essential for preparing endorsements, certificates, audits, applications, and related tasks.

• High school diploma
• 3 years insurance experience
• Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship now or in the future

These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:

• Associates or Bachelors degree preferred
• Property & Casualty license (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
• Insurance designations (i.e. INS, AAI, CISR) and/or demonstrated equivalent knowledge of Business Insurance coverages
• Experience working with EPIC

The applicable base salary range for this role is $41,200 to $76,800. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case‑by‑case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance‑based incentives.
