Job summary

Marsh McLennan Agency in Raleigh is seeking an Account Manager to join the Business Insurance team and deliver outstanding client service. You will collaborate with colleagues to meet service needs, process changes, and ensure accurate client data entry.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, insurance experience, and a valid Property & Casualty license or the ability to obtain one within 90 days. A hybrid work model is offered with strong growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years Insurance experience, preferably in an agency.
• Property & Casualty license (or ability to obtain within 90 days).
• Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Associates or Bachelors degree preferred.
• Insurance designation - (i.e. INS, AAI, CISR) or ability to demonstrate equivalent knowledge.

As our Account Manager on the Business Insurance team, you will be committed to prompt, courteous, knowledgeable service to clients and colleagues. Your responsibilities will include working with other members of the department to meet the service needs of customers and your attention to detail is essential in mastering tasks such as processing changes, rating, and accurate client data entry.

We'd love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:

• High school diploma required.
• Two (2) years Insurance experience, preferably in an agency
