Job summary

Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) is seeking an Account Manager on the Business Insurance team in Durham, NC. You will deliver prompt, courteous service to clients and colleagues, accurate data entry, and timely processing of changes and ratings.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, at least 2 years of insurance experience, a Property & Casualty license (or commitment to obtain within 90 days), and legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Two years insurance experience, preferably in an agency.
• Property & Casualty license (or ability to obtain within 90 days).
• Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• As Account Manager on the Business Insurance team, provide prompt, courteous, knowledgeable service to clients and colleagues.
• Process changes, rating, and accurate client data entry.
• Collaborate with team to meet service needs of customers.

As our Account Manager on the Business Insurance team, you will be committed to prompt, courteous, knowledgeable service to clients and colleagues. Your responsibilities will include working with other members of the department to meet the service needs of customers and your attention to detail is essential in mastering tasks such as processing changes, rating, and accurate client data entry.

• High school diploma required.
• Two (2) years Insurance experience, preferably in an agency.
• Property & Casualty license (or ability to obtain within 90 days).
