Job summary

Rent-A-Center is seeking an Account Manager to manage rental accounts, deliver exceptional service, and drive account performance. You will handle deliveries, pickups, and collections while maintaining showroom standards and ensuring customer satisfaction.

The role offers a starting hourly rate of $15.30–$16.45 with a $500 bonus program and opportunities for growth within the company. Training and support are provided to maximize performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee an assigned portfolio of accounts and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Conduct early-stage collections (1–6 days past due) and meet daily collection standards.
• Complete deliveries, pickups, and account follow-ups.
• Provide in-store, phone, and in-home white-glove service to customers.
• Contribute to sales growth by generating new rental agreements.
• Safely transport, install, and handle merchandise.
• Maintain showroom standards and company vehicles.
• Adhere to safety and operational guidelines.
