Rent-A-Center is hiring for an Account Manager to manage rental accounts, deliver outstanding service, and drive sales while handling deliveries and pickups. The role emphasizes building relationships and supporting account health through timely payments and proactive follow-ups.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee an assigned portfolio of accounts and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Conduct early-stage collections (1–6 days past due) and meet daily/weekly collection standards.
• Deliver white-glove customer service in-store, over the phone, and in customers’ homes.
• Complete routes for deliveries, pickups, and account follow-ups; generate new rental agreements.
