Rent-A-Center is hiring a full-time Account Manager responsible for managing rental accounts, delivering excellent customer service, and driving sales growth. You will handle deliveries, pickups, and early-stage collections while maintaining showroom standards and safety guidelines.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, 18+ years old, and a valid driver’s license with a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee an assigned portfolio of accounts and build strong customer relationships.
• Perform early-stage collections (1–6 days past due) and meet daily/weekly collection standards.
• Deliver in-store, phone, and in-home white-glove customer service and support sales growth.
• Complete routes for deliveries and pickups and follow up on accounts.
