Rent-A-Center is hiring an Account Manager to manage rental accounts, deliver exceptional service, and drive sales growth. You will handle deliveries, pickups and early-stage collections while maintaining showroom standards and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Oversee assigned accounts and build relationships with customers.
• Conduct early-stage collections (1–6 days past due) and meet collection standards.
• Complete deliveries and pickups as scheduled for accounts.
• Provide white-glove service in-store, over the phone, and in customers’ homes.
• Generate new rental agreements and support sales growth.
• Safely transport, install, and handle merchandise.
• Maintain showroom standards and company vehicles.
