Job summary

Rent-A-Center in the United States is hiring an Account Manager to oversee rental accounts, deliver outstanding customer service, and drive account performance through deliveries, pickups, and showroom care.

This full-time role requires a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and strong communication skills. Earn an hourly starting rate of $17.85–$19.19 with a $500 bonus paid in two installments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee an assigned portfolio of accounts and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Perform early-stage collections (1–6 days past due) and meet daily collection targets.
• Complete deliveries, pickups, and account follow-ups on assigned routes.
• Deliver white-glove customer service in-store, over the phone, and in customers’ homes.
• Contribute to sales growth and generate new rental agreements.
• Safely transport, install, and handle merchandise.
