Job summary

Buildingstars is seeking an experienced Account Manager for our Chicago/Lisle office. You will develop and maintain client relationships, drive brand loyalty, and meet KPI goals while delivering on-site service.

We offer a base salary of $60,000 with uncapped commission and bonus, with projected first-year earnings between $65,000 and $80,000. A company car, fuel card, and comprehensive benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in account management, customer service, or sales.
• Stable work history.
• Strong relationship management and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Being the main point of contact for client concerns, needs and requests.
• Building and strengthening client relationships to establish long-term partnerships and achieve KPIs.
• Engaging with customers on-site on a daily basis.
• Providing coaching and support to franchise owners for business development.
• Coordinating the start-up of new accounts.
• Developing a deep understanding of our services to effectively upsell and cross-sell to existing customers.
