Responsibilities

• Being the main point of contact for client concerns, needs, and requests.
• Building and strengthening client relationships to establish long-term partnerships and achieve KPIs.

• Providing coaching and support to our franchise owners for business development.
• Coordinating the start-up of new accounts.
• Developing a deep understanding of our services to effectively upsell and cross-sell.
