Job summary

CaptionCall is seeking a customer‑facing Account Manager to drive adoption of the CaptionCall phone and service among Hearing Care Providers and senior communities in the assigned territory. You will demonstrate the product, generate leads, and manage provider accounts with a focus on compliant, patient‑centered service.

The role requires strong communication skills, the ability to travel for events, and the stamina to work with healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads by demonstrating the CaptionCall phone and service to eligible users and providers.
• Manage a territory through in-person interactions, presentations and events.
• Collaborate with Hearing Care Professionals on patient certification and referrals.
• Represent CaptionCall at events and adhere to compliance policies.
• Log daily activities in the company CRM.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
