Job summary

CaptionCall, LLC is seeking an Account Manager to promote the CaptionCall phone and service to Hearing Healthcare Providers and senior communities. You will generate leads, demonstrate the product, and manage provider accounts to grow the business in a full-time role with potential for career growth.

The role requires travel up to 25% and flexibility to work evenings or weekends as needed. A high school diploma or GED is required and prior experience in outside sales is a plus.

• Willingness to travel 0–25% and work evenings/weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads by demonstrating the CaptionCall phone and service directly to eligible users and healthcare providers.
• Manage a territory through in-person interactions, presentations and events using direct sales methodologies.
• Coordinate with Hearing Care Professionals on patient certification and referral processes when assigned.
• Represent CaptionCall at events as needed and adhere to company compliance policies.
• Log daily activities in the company CRM and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
