Responsibilities

• Oversee customer portfolios and balance client relationships with contract requirements.
• Supervise site supervisors and unit managers; ensure safety, quality, and performance standards.
• Monitor daily labor hours and overtime; manage budgets and staffing to stay within hours.
• Track operations using software for daily ticket tracking, complaints, and equipment management.
• Identify client needs, scope projects, and provide estimates for additional services to enhance account value.
