Responsibilities

• Provides and communicates accurate information to the customer and internally to maintain a high-level service.

• Accurately tracks and traces loads and escalates issues to the Operations Manager when necessary.
• Seeks out opportunities to grow business and foster stronger customer connections.
• Schedules pickup and delivery appointments with customers in a timely manner.
• Works with team members to solve problems.
