Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish preferred.
• Proven supervisory experience of 15+ employees (at least 1 year).

Responsibilities

• Supervise a fleet of 30–50 drivers remotely and ensure on-time deliveries.
• Drive performance by improving efficiency and professionalism.
• Monitor driver safety, attendance, and conduct; apply discipline when necessary.
