Rent-A-Center in Coldwater, MI is seeking an Account Manager to manage rental accounts, deliver exceptional service, drive performance, and handle deliveries and pickups while supporting sales growth and upholding RAC values.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 18+ years of age, a valid driver's license with a clean driving record, and strong communication skills. Weekly pay and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee an assigned portfolio of accounts while building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Conduct early-stage collections (1-6 days past due) and meet daily/weekly collection standards.
• Maintain account health and secure payment commitments using account management tools.
• Complete assigned routes for deliveries, pickups, and follow-ups.
• Deliver white-glove customer service in-store, over the phone, and in customers' homes.
• Contribute to sales growth and generate new rental agreements.
• Safely transport, install, and handle merchandise.
• Maintain showroom standards and company vehicles.
• Adhere to all company safety and operational guidelines.
