Job summary

Rent-A-Center in the United States is seeking an Account Manager to oversee rental accounts, deliver excellent customer service, and drive account performance by generating new rentals and ensuring timely payments. This full-time role includes deliveries, pickups, and maintaining showroom standards, with a focus on building strong customer relationships while adhering to RAC values.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee an assigned portfolio of rental accounts and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Conduct early-stage collections (1–6 days past due) and meet collection targets.
• Deliver white-glove service in-store, over the phone, and at customers' homes.
• Complete deliveries, pickups, and follow-ups as assigned.
• Help grow sales by generating new rental agreements and maintaining showroom standards.
