Rent-A-Center in Gaylord, MI is hiring for an Account Manager focused on rental account management, customer service, and sales growth. You will deliver merchandise, complete deliveries and pickups, and support collections to maintain account health.

The role emphasizes strong communication, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to manage an active portfolio while upholding RAC standards. This is a full-time, on-site position with weekly pay and benefits.

Formación

• Must be 18 years or older and eligible to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Ability to lift and move merchandise as needed.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage an assigned portfolio of rental accounts with strong customer relationships.
• Conduct early-stage collections (1–6 days past due) and meet collection standards.
• Support sales growth and generate new rental agreements.
• Complete deliveries, pickups, and account follow-ups.
• Provide exceptional white-glove service in-store and in customers’ homes.
• Maintain showroom standards and company vehicles; follow safety guidelines.
