Rent-A-Center in the United States is seeking an Account Manager to oversee a portfolio of rental accounts, deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales, and coordinate deliveries and pickups.

You will build strong customer relationships, support account health through early-stage collections, and maintain showroom standards and company vehicles while contributing to store growth.

This full-time, on-site role offers weekly pay and opportunities for advancement.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee an assigned portfolio of accounts and build strong customer relationships.
• Conduct early-stage collections (1–6 days past due) and meet collection standards.
• Maintain account health and secure payment commitments using management tools.
• Complete routes for deliveries, pickups, and account follow-ups.
• Deliver white-glove customer service in-store, over the phone, and in customers’ homes.
• Contribute to sales growth and generate new rental agreements.
• Safely transport, install, and handle merchandise.
• Maintain showroom standards and company vehicles.
