Job summary

Rent-A-Center in the United States is hiring an Account Manager responsible for managing rental accounts by delivering exceptional customer service, selling new products, driving account performance, completing deliveries and pickups, maintaining store standards, and building strong customer relationships.

This full-time role requires a high school diploma, 18 years of age, a valid driver’s license, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Oversee an assigned portfolio of accounts and build customer relationships.
Conduct early-stage collections (1–6 days past due) and meet collection standards.
Maintain account health and secure payment commitments using management tools.
Complete routes for deliveries, pickups, and follow-ups.
Deliver white-glove service in-store, by phone, and at customers' homes.
Contribute to sales growth and generate new rental agreements.
Safely transport, install, and handle merchandise.
Maintain showroom standards and company vehicles.
Adhere to safety and operational guidelines.
