Rent-A-Center is seeking an Account Manager to oversee a portfolio of rental accounts, deliver exceptional customer service, and drive account performance. You will handle deliveries and pickups, build strong relationships, and contribute to sales growth while maintaining store standards.

The role emphasizes timely collections, safety, and white-glove service in-store, over the phone, and at customers’ homes. A valid driver’s license and strong communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee an assigned portfolio of accounts and build strong customer relationships.
• Conduct early-stage collections (1–6 days past due) and meet collection standards.
• Maintain account health and secure payment commitments.
• Complete deliveries, pickups, and account follow-ups.
• Deliver white-glove customer service in-store, over the phone, and at customers’ homes.
• Contribute to sales growth and generate new rental agreements.
• Safely transport, install, and handle merchandise.
• Maintain showroom standards and company vehicles.
• Adhere to safety and operational guidelines.
