Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
• Resolve customer issues with professionalism and empathy, maintaining the company’s reputation for excellent service.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for long-term satisfaction and loyalty.
• Maintain and update customer information and interactions in the CRM system.
• Generate CRM reports to provide insights into customer trends, pipeline health, and sales performance.
• Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and customer retention using CRM data.
• Prepare proposals, manage accounts, and follow up on leads in collaboration with the sales team.
• Coordinate the sales process to ensure smooth handoffs and cross-team communication.
