Job summary

You will oversee scheduling, training, and performance management of staff while coordinating with senior leaders. Responsibilities include developing growth plans, managing budgets, meeting clients, and optimizing service delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years progression in janitorial or similar industry.
• Experience in operations management or facilities management is preferred.
• Strong communication with owners, management, clients and staff.
• Effective problem solving, leadership and planning abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial cleaning operations for multiple school facilities.
• Develop long-term strategy and annual business plans for growth.
• Oversee daily operations, budgets, and team performance.
• Manage expenses related to cleaning services and supplies.
• Meet clients regularly to ensure satisfaction and contract compliance.
• Review service delivery and staffing reports for issues.
• Recruit and train cleaning staff and develop new staff.
• Coordinate with senior management and owners to promote business.
