Pritchard Industries is seeking an Account Manager based in Montvale, NJ. This role is part of the NJ-Education Regional management team and will lead commercial cleaning operations at Two High School facilities, ensuring service commitments are met and contracts are complied with.

Reporting to the VP of Operations, the role oversees scheduling, training, and staff performance to meet operational and sales expectations.

Qualificações

• Minimum five years progression in a janitorial or related industry; operations/building management knowledge preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication with owners, senior management, clients, vendors, staff.
• Effective problem solving, leadership, organizational and planning skills.
• Strong business development experience, skills, and ideas.

Responsabilidades

• Develop long-term strategy and annual business plans to drive growth.
• Oversee daily operations and sales activity, budgets, and team personnel.
• Manage expenses related to cleaning services including labor, supplies and delivery costs.
• Meet regularly with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify changing needs and requirements.
• Review service delivery and staffing reports to identify service/contract issues.
• Analyze processes considering customer needs and service expectations.
• Meet with company leaders to evaluate location performance and regulatory trends that may impact the business.
• Understand and schedule services aligned with all customer contract commitments.
• Allocate resources and inventories of supplies to customer sites.
• Meet with Operations and Sales staff and customers to monitor service delivery and address deficiencies.
• Oversee recruitment, training and development of cleaning staff.
• Interact with senior management/owners to promote business.
