Job summary

QuidelOrtho is seeking an Account Manager, Clinical Laboratory & Transfusion Medicine to drive sales in Southern Illinois / Southern Indiana. You will manage CL and TM product lines, achieve revenue targets, and provide tailored solutions to customers as a field-based role with up to 70% travel.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in healthcare sales, strong B2B or capital equipment experience, and excellent negotiation and presentation skills. A bachelor's degree is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Minimum 3 years of healthcare sales experience with knowledge of B2B sales and/or capital equipment.
• Sales and/or technical experience in the medical device, life science, or diagnostic market.
• Strong strategic marketing, consultation and data analysis skills for customer retention and financial performance.
• Ability to manage complex sales cycles and travel up to 70%.

Responsibilities

• Drives revenue growth by managing CL and TM customers and meeting equipment and sales targets.
• Develops territory/account plans and collaborates with cross-functional teams to drive growth.
• Provides accurate sales forecasts and maintains CRM data to reflect activity and pipeline.
• Represents QuidelOrtho at trade shows and professional meetings.
• Maintains high level of customer satisfaction through proactive touchpoints and service.
