Scowtt, a fast-growing AI/ML marketing optimization startup, is hiring an experienced Account Manager to own and grow customer success post-sales and occasionally assist in pre-sales. You will help customers realize business value and expand usage.

This role balances relationship management, business strategy, and tactical execution. You will work with executives and day-to-day stakeholders to drive adoption, renewals, and measurable ROI, while collaborating with Sales, Product, and Engineering.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in account management, customer success, or client services.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding kickoff and drive customer live status.
• Manage post-sales relationships with executives and day-to-day stakeholders.
• Grow accounts, drive renewals, and achieve customer success outcomes.
• Lead business reviews and strategic check-ins with customers.
• Identify expansion opportunities and partner with Sales to execute them.
