Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound customer inquiries and manage shared mailbox communications.
• Resolve account holder concerns by delivering solutions for routine, sensitive, and urgent issues.
• Interpret policies and communicate information clearly in verbal and written form.
• Partner with internal teams to resolve customer issues and elevate concerns when needed.
• Process and manage operational workflows to meet service level expectations.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all customer interactions in the client management system.
• Provide backup coverage and collaborate with fellow Account Managers.
• Develop subject matter expertise in assigned areas (products, claims, reporting, fraud prevention, or compliance).
