Qualifications

• Preferred experience in insurance, HSA, or TPA environment is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Respond to inbound customer inquiries and manage shared mailbox communications.
• Resolve account holder concerns by providing solutions on routine and urgent issues.
• Interpret policies and communicate information clearly in writing and verbally.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and escalate when needed.
• Maintain documentation of customer interactions in the client management system.
• Provide backup coverage and support teammates as needed.
• Develop subject matter expertise in areas like products, claims, reporting, or compliance.
• Support operational processes and ensure timely service across benefit-related products.
