Overview

The Account Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, handling important tasks such as customer correspondence, providing printing and marketing service estimates, and coordinating order fulfillment with internal staff and vendors.

Duties/Responsibilities

• Sales – provide solicited and unsolicited estimates for various print jobs and maintain in contact with repeat customers and foster relationships to create new customers
• Pricing – maintain compliance with pricing and profitability rules
• Customer service – maintain proper customer correspondence via email, phone and in person for communication of current jobs, future relations, and issue resolution
• Customer service – ensure order fulfillment, collection of payment and invoice management
• Workflow – ensure established workflow process is maintained and required steps are completed
• Orders – follow workflow process to ensure order fulfillment, collection of payment and invoice management
• Organization – follow company protocol and established file structure to create and maintain usable digital customer records
• Expertise – continuous growth of knowledge and expertise in apparel design and promotional item marketing
• Vendor management – maintain current vendors and create new vendors
• Safety – follow best practice and documented safety protocols
• Support – assist other team members with various tasks, as needed, perform other related duties as assigned
