Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to inside and outside sales reps.
• Enter, review, and process customer orders with specs, quantities, pricing, and delivery requirements.
• Assist with quotations, pricing requests, product specs, and quote follow-up.
• Communicate customer requirements with scheduling, production, purchasing, and shipping.
• Track orders and proactively notify delays or issues.
• Respond to customer questions about orders, pricing, availability, shipments, and service.
• Investigate and help resolve customer complaints, quality concerns, and delivery challenges.
• Work in a manufacturing environment.
