Job summary

Eagles Point Security in San Diego, CA is seeking an Account Manager to oversee client accounts, lead field personnel, and ensure top-tier service delivery. This full-time on-site role requires a proactive leader with security industry experience and a commitment to client satisfaction.

You will hire, train, and manage security staff, coordinate schedules, verify invoicing, and act as the primary liaison with clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in contract security.
• Prior supervisory experience in security or field ops.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Solid understanding of team scheduling, coverage, and labor management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations across assigned accounts and ensure service standards are met.
• Hire, train, coach, and manage security staff; take corrective action when necessary.
• Act as primary liaison between clients and the company building trust and strong partnerships with clients.
• Coordinate schedules, approve payroll/time-off requests, and verify invoicing accuracy.
• Monitor and support after-hours emergencies as needed.
• Conduct post checks and provide in-field coverage during staff shortages or urgent gaps.
• Contribute to service delivery improvements and staff development efforts.
• Establish post orders and site-specific protocols for each property in your portfolio.
