PalAmerican Security is seeking an Account Manager in San Francisco to oversee daily security operations, lead a team of officers and supervisors, and maintain strong client relationships. You will coordinate essential support services and meet financial and operational objectives while delivering exceptional customer service.

This role requires strong communication, strategic planning, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on safeguarding people

Qualificações

• Associate’s or Four-year degree in Criminal Justice, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 8 years of business management/supervisory experience.
• Ability to develop customer relationships and manage multiple priorities.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily security operations at the assigned client site.
• Lead and support a team of security officers and supervisors.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients and team members.
• Coordinate support services to manage the client site efficiently.
• Ensure contract compliance and required reporting.
• Handle escalated security issues and emergency situations.
• Communicate staffing needs and develop staff through coaching and training.
• Manage equipment, supplies, and vehicles at the account(s).

Required Skills/Abilities

• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of scheduling, payroll, and security operations.
• Experience with access control and CCTV systems preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and related software.

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
