Insurance Office of America is seeking an Account Manager - Commercial Lines to oversee a book of business, retain clients, and support new business efforts. The role involves coordinating daily admin tasks, resolving complex issues, and maintaining data accuracy across agency systems.

Ideal candidates hold an active P&C license, have insurance brokerage knowledge, and excel in client service, communication, and multitasking.

Qualifications

• Active licensing in Property & Casualty required; CIC or equivalent preferred.
• Strong insurance brokerage knowledge and understanding of client needs.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned book of business and support new business.
• Coordinate day-to-day admin and customer service activities.
• Resolve complex issues with accuracy and proactivity.
• Renewals, policy management, billing, and coverage analysis.
• Monitor delinquent accounts and collect outstanding balances.
• Maintain agency management systems and data integrity.
• Communicate workload status clearly with the account team.
• Deliver proactive, service-excellence and adherence to policy.
