The role involves coordinating daily administrative tasks, resolving complex issues, and maintaining data accuracy across agency systems.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in account management or 5+ years in insurance, active P&C licensing, and strong analytical and customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in account management or 5+ years in the insurance industry.
• Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent customer service, communication, multitasking, and organization.
• Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Licensing active; CIC or similar designation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned book of business with a focus on retention and growth.
