Job summary

The Hilb Group in Middletown, RI is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager for an in‑office role. You will act as the main liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure high-quality service.

You will build relationships, conduct reviews, and coordinate onboarding, renewals, and expansions while ensuring compliance and revenue objectives.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School degree.
• Must be licensed or willing to obtain license.
• Must be able multi-task while maintaining accuracy.
• Must be detailed oriented. Accuracy in this position is critical.
• Must have strong time management skills. Able to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
