Job summary

LandCare in Orlando, FL seeks a high-impact client service and new business development professional to strengthen client relationships and grow the portfolio. You will collaborate with branch leadership and production teams to deliver outstanding service and tailored landscape solutions.

Responsibilities include managing existing accounts, identifying new opportunities, developing proposals and estimates, and promoting LandCare's culture of excellence.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage client relationships and drive retention.
• Strong communication and networking skills.
• Experience in business development within landscape/construction preferred.
• Ability to develop proposals and estimates.

Responsibilities

• Manage client service and retention by understanding client needs and ensuring satisfaction.
• Develop new business opportunities and prospects; build relationships with potential clients.
• Create client proposals, contracts, and recommendations.
• Coordinate between client expectations and production reality to reflect quality.
