Qualifications

• 2 years of call center experience.
• Strong working knowledge of the Infinity System.
• Excellent customer service, organizational, and professional communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional support to new and existing clients to ensure satisfaction.
• Consult with clients and internal sales teams to program, test, and maintain account software.
• Perform routine system maintenance, handle scheduling and reports.
• Take call volume or participate in an after-hours on-call rotation as needed.
