Job summary

Arvig is seeking an Account Manager for Arvig Answering Solutions in Fargo, ND. The role involves supporting clients, programming and maintaining account software, and handling scheduling and reporting tasks.

You will troubleshoot issues, train clients on scheduling software, and may participate in after-hours on-call rotations. The position requires strong customer service skills, call center experience, and proficiency with Infinity System and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of call center experience.
• Strong working knowledge of the Infinity System.
• Excellent customer service, organizational, and professional communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize across multiple demands, and maintain strong detail orientation and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional support to new and existing clients to ensure overall satisfaction and meet or exceed expectations.
• Program, test, and maintain account software; perform routine system maintenance and handle scheduling and reports.
• Troubleshoot client concerns independently and connect with existing accounts to implement changes.
• Train clients on scheduling software and participate in after-hours on-call rotation as needed.
