Working with Account Directors and our creative, technical, and production teams, you’ll translate client goals into clear action while keeping clients confident, supported, and excited about the work. Hybrid in-office with flexibility.

Qualifikationen

• 1–3 years of experience in account management or related customer service roles.
• Interest in quoting, estimating, and project scoping/pricing.
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.

• Manage day-to-day client relationships and project execution.
• Take a lead role in quoting, estimating, and proposals.
• Handle house accounts and smaller engagements with high quality.
• Act as liaison between clients and internal project, creative, and technical teams.
• Translate client needs into clear scopes, timelines and deliverables.
• Track budgets, change orders, and approvals; flag risks early.
• Grow into deeper client ownership with mentorship.
