Job summary

Stamm Media in Milwaukee, WI is seeking an Account Manager to serve as the connective tissue between clients and internal teams. You’ll nurture day-to-day relationships, keep quotes moving, and ensure engagements reflect Stamm Media’s quality and innovation.

You will collaborate with Account Directors and creative, technical, and production teams to translate goals into actionable plans while ensuring clients feel supported and excited about the work.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in account management, project coordination, production support, or related customer service.
• Strong interest in quoting, estimating, and understanding project scoping and pricing.
• Natural sense of urgency with attention to detail and follow-through.
• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Account Directors by managing day-to-day execution for assigned accounts and projects.
• Lead in quoting and estimating, gathering requirements and coordinating inputs for proposals.
• Manage house accounts and smaller engagements with high-quality client experience.
• Serve as liaison between clients and internal project, creative, and technical teams.
• Translate client needs into clear scopes, timelines, and deliverables.
• Track budgets, change orders, and approvals.
• Flag risks early and help solve problems before they affect clients.
• Grow into deeper client ownership over time with mentorship.
