Pritchard Industries is seeking an Account Manager to lead the Mid-Atlantic regions on cleaning operations, ensuring service commitments are met and budgets exceeded. You will oversee scheduling, training, and performance management while supporting sales growth with current customers and new business opportunities.

Qualifications

• Five+ years progression in janitorial or similar industry.
• Operations or facilities management experience in a Class A building preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication with owners, senior management, clients and vendors.
• Effective problem solving, leadership, organizational and planning skills.
• Strong business development experience and ideas.

Responsibilities

• Develop long-term growth strategy and annual business plans.
• Oversee daily operations, sales activity, budgets and personnel.
• Manage cleaning service expenses including delivery, labor and supplies.
• Meet regularly with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify changing needs.
• Review service delivery and staffing reports to identify issues.
• Allocate resources and schedule services to meet contracts.
• Recruit and train cleaning staff and develop new personnel.
