YQN Logistics in Port Reading, NJ is seeking a bilingual Client Relations Specialist to serve as the day-to-day contact for assigned clients, communicating in Mandarin and English.

You will support account management, track service performance, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure client expectations are met. This in-person role offers steady hours and opportunities to grow with a global logistics platform.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bilingual fluency in Mandarin and English is required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B client relationship management or related fields.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude.

Responsibilities

• Serve as day-to-day point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring timely and professional communication in Mandarin and English.
• Assist in managing client accounts, tracking service performance, and resolving issues or escalations.
• Support senior team in preparing reports, presentations, and client updates.
• Coordinate with internal teams (operations, logistics, customer service) to ensure client expectations are met.
• Participate in client meetings and calls to maintain relationships and identify growth opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and account activity.
• Translate documents and communications between Mandarin and English when necessary.
• Perform other duties as assigned

What You Will Do

Qualifications

• Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); CRM experience is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
