What You Will Do

• Serve as a day‑to‑day point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring timely and professional communication in both Mandarin and English.
• Assist in managing client accounts, tracking service performance, and resolving issues or escalations.
• Support the senior team in preparing reports, presentations, and client updates.
• Coordinate with internal teams (operations, logistics, customer service) to ensure client expectations are met.
• Participate in client meetings and calls as needed to maintain strong relationships and identify opportunities for growth.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records of client interactions and account activity.
• Translate documents and communications between Mandarin and English when necessary.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bilingual fluency in Mandarin and English (spoken and written) is required.
