Job summary

A staffing company is seeking an Engineering Technical Recruiter to manage customer accounts and leverage relationships with OEM clients. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years in account management and a strong background in pricing strategy and contract negotiation within the automotive sector. This full-time position is ideal for individuals residing near Bloomfield Hills, Michigan.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or account management.
• Strong knowledge of pricing strategy and contract negotiation.
• 5+ years of experience in the automotive manufacturing industry.
• Familiarity with OEM sales cycles and procurement processes.

Responsibilities

Qualifications & Experience:

• Experience in B2B customer relationship development
• Proficiency with CRM tools and the Microsoft Office Suite
• 5+ years of experience in the automotive manufacturing industry
• Familiarity with OEM sales cycles and procurement processes
• Working knowledge of IATF 16949 principles and compliance
