Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of account management, logistics, supply chain, or operations experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operational Quality Monitoring: track project performance metrics, identify issues, and drive rapid root-cause analysis to meet KPIs.
• Customer Relationship Management: visit clients and assess needs to maintain trust and expand opportunities.
• Process Optimization & Innovation: use data to design lean standards and coordinate cross‑department improvements.
• Revenue Growth & Opportunity Conversion: monitor revenue, address shortfalls, and pursue new business opportunities.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: coordinate resources across operations, sales, and product teams to meet client requirements.

• Annual Base : $70,304 - $100,000 + Annual Bonus
• Job Type : Full-Time

What You'll Do

• Operational Quality Monitoring : Conduct daily monitoring of project performance metrics, identify anomalies, and perform root cause analysis. Drive rapid resolution of operational issues to ensure customer KPIs are met and enhance the end-to-end service experience.
• Customer Relationship Management : Conduct regular client visits and needs assessments to deepen relationships. Build and maintain trust by resolving logistics challenges, boosting satisfaction, and increasing share of wallet.
• Process Optimization & Innovation : Leverage operational data and business scenarios to design lean management frameworks. Spearhead cross-departmental process improvements and product iterations to mitigate risks and elevate efficiency.
• Revenue Growth & Opportunity Conversion : Track revenue performance, diagnose shortfalls, and implement corrective actions. Identify latent client needs to drive new business initiatives and revenue expansion.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Coordinate internal and external resources across operations, sales, and product teams. Rapidly address client requirements and standardize complex supply chain solutions.

About You

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field preferred
• 3-5+ years of experience in account management, logistics, supply chain, or operations roles
• Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain or logistics operations preferred
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and drive customer satisfaction
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify business opportunities
• Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments preferred
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese preferred
