Job summary

The Juris Agency in Strongsville, Ohio seeks an experienced Account Manager to manage a portfolio of commercial and personal lines accounts with a focus on high-touch client service and relationship building.

In this role you will collaborate with the Personal Line team, renewals, policy changes, and carrier coordination, while providing thoughtful, organized support to our clients and ensuring top-priority service.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty Insurance License in Ohio.
• Three or more years of insurance agency experience managing commercial or personal lines accounts.
• Proficiency in Applied EZlynx or similar agency management software.
• Strong organizational habits and ability to juggle multiple deadlines.
• Clear, articulate communication for phone and email interactions.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for our existing Commercial clients, ensuring they feel heard and supported.
• Support the Personal Line Account Manager to continuously improve operational workflows.
• Review upcoming renewals to ensure coverage remains appropriate and competitive for our policyholders.
• Process routine policy changes and endorsements accurately and with strong attention to detail.
• Coordinate with our carrier partners to resolve billing inquiries or coverage questions promptly.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date digital files for every account under your care.
• Educate clients on their policy options, helping them understand the value behind their specific coverage.
